Access Point takes the hassle out of Video Conferencing by managing the video facilities and tracking the existing equipment in any number of rooms and locations. We can easily schedule conferences and manage facilities. both domestically and internationally. We can also reserve public conference rooms, bringing this exciting technology to business of all sizes!

Multi-Point Services 
Access Point's multi-point service for video and document conferencing interfaces with the latest in MVS technology. Our service supports a variety of transmission speeds with H.320 standard compliant video equipment. Our multi-point platform enables customers to access sites that offer different network transport providers. Through dial up phone lines and internet access, we can link any number of sites for application sharing, white boarding and data collaboration.

Help Desk 
Our technical team will document all the equipment and transmission elements of each video facility. We will become familiar with maintenance contracts and document each contact for the support of all products and services. Access Point technicians assist each site coordinator with technical problems. These site coordinators dial one number to report problems and get results - Immediately.

Basic Service
Participants dial-in to a pre-configured MCU at the time of the conference. First callers will see themselves until the second site is connected. Sites can interact as they become connected. If assistance is required, call our Technical Help Desk or Video Reservations Center.

Enhanced Service 
An Access Point Video Operator will be able to greet users, assure proper connections, and provide assistance as needed. And - a roll call will be conducted at the customers request.

Premium Service
Access Point's Premium MVS includes Continuous Presence and Universal Conference Control (UCC). Continuous Presence allows conference participants to see up to four other locations simultaneously on the receive monitor of their videoconferencing system. Universal Conference Control allows one conference participant to control the MCU via a PC with modem and our UCC software. 

Additional Services 
A variety of additional services are also available to exceed your video requirements. Access Point provides conference scheduling, conference bridge reservations, video conference establishment made with 1+ Meet Me and Operator Dial Out connections, problem resolution, additional services listed below and will assist in consulting your organization to achieve an efficient and effective communications meeting.
