Dealer Manager | Receptionist/Admin | Major Account Representative | Customer Service Representative

Dealer Manager
We are currently looking for a highly motivated outside Dealer/Agent Manager for the Northeastern US territory to recruit new dealers. Position requires developing and planning market field strategies for assigned market. Such responsibilities include but are not limited to contacting, signing, and training new agents. Extensive knowledge of the telecommunications industry and minimum of two years experience plus track record of achieving sales objectives in the agent environment are required. Competitive salary, commission, health benefits and 401k.

Receptionist/Order Assurance Admin
We are currently seeking an Receptionist/Order Assurance Admin. The ideal candidate should have professional appearance and demeanor, be reliable, organized, and able to communicate effectively with a variety of people. Organizational, computer and interpersonal skills will be utilized on a daily basis. Administrative or Customer Service experience is a must; Telecom Exposure is a plus!

Job Functions Include:

  • General Receptionist Duties: Greet visitors, Maintain Reception area, Answer phone, Order Office Supplies, Shipping/Mailing, support to Executive Staff as needed
  • Order Assurance Admin: Monitor incoming faxes, Log and review new orders, prepare & distribute order confirmation receipts, provide general assistance to Order Assurance Supervisor.
This position is full time, 8am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday.

Major Account Representative
Main responsibilities involve protecting and growing Access Point's customer base. The successful Major Account Representative will identify and respond to accounts in jeopardy, monitor all billing, service related and contractual agreements to maintain API customer base and integrity in the market place. Monitor reports on a daily basis to identify customers in jeopardy of leaving and work on winning them back. Enhance business relationships with customers and dealers to help keep API competitive for both pricing and product. Maintain and grow relationships within API to assist with the growth of our customer base.

Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for handling all inquires about customer accounts involving billing and service affecting issues. Primary responsibilities include handling all inbound calls live and achieving resolution for the customer. Create, distribute, track and log all customer service actions via trouble and admin tickets. Responsible for complex administrative duties, such as database maintenance and bill reconciliation. Able to function independently and with other departments within the company. Typically will handle escalations, identify and resolve problems related to customer's telecom services and billing.
